The Saudi Culinary Arts Commission hosted a pavilion at Terra Madre featuring some of the Kingdom’s unique dishes and indigenous food crops. Some of these included : Al-Hellya Dates, Melh Al-Qasab salt, Al-Samh Seeds, and Saudi Khawlani Coffee Beans.
